What an unusual few months we’ve had! Each household and church has faced its own challenges, and we’ve all been forced to adapt in various ways. But hopefully – despite the difficulties - we’ve each had a chance to rethink and reassess: what is the way forward for us individually, and as part of the community of God’s people?
As we come out of lockdown, Renew Stockport would like to invite you to join a week of 24/7 prayer. It’s an opportunity to put all our plans before the Lord, seek His guidance, and open ourselves to His strengthening, encouragement and comfort.
There’s no set agenda – just simply to pray for yourself and your family; for your church and community; or maybe for wider issues in the UK and worldwide.

Please consider booking an hour for prayer - or more if you are able. You may want to pray privately from home; others may wish to set up group prayer via Zoom, Facebook or YouTube or even meet in small groups (with social distancing!).
It’s a great chance to experiment with different styles of prayer – maybe try something you wouldn’t normally do. There are excellent prayer resources on the 24/7 Prayer website
